Possessing the REHIS Higher Certificate in Food Premises Inspection you will have experience of inspecting all categories of food premises and be able to demonstrate compliance with relevant Code of Practice requirements. Possession of the Higher Certificate in Food Standards Inspection would be an advantage. Ref 0000433
